BOTM: DT SWISS INSPIRED U.P. - part 4

Andy Kessler - 22-Dec-2017
Ok we just had to add one more to our DT Swiss Blog series.

Secretly we have been working since a while on a super lightweight version of the UP called the UP-AIR. We have been looking for a while for a test pilot that can handle this weapon and finally we found one that matched perfectly. Have a look at Robin from Gran Fondo Magazin flying one of those super lightweight prototype frames. He hardly did touch any ground but when he did... watch the full gallery below

Woohooo... I am glad Robin seems to be ok. That looked scary. Tough guy tough bike :). I want to tell you that I really look forward to your emails. It´s so inspiring reading your thoughts about cycling and your ideas about OPEN bikes. To me OPEN bikes are like Koenigsegg cars, they are above everything ells ;). Keep it up and I hope you will get a super great 2018! BR Tomas, Sweden

Haha,
Been there, done that...
Broken a lot of ribs, and almost my neck. But the UP takes the beating, with no complaints and no damage. It's a damn sturdy frame.

UP-AIR
Sound thats remind me the Apple products; Macbook AIR, iPad AIR.
And I hope they make an UP for everyone.

One of the basic rules: never ever put helium gas into the tires. Too much air time...
