I am getting some questions about last month's Bike Of The Month, in particular about the brown color and the HED wheels.

So for the brown color, yes we do now have that in stock in Europe, the USA and Asia but only in limited quantities. The brown is not a second standard color, it's not something we will have for long (as that would go against our principles of simplicity). It's something we did because there were so many who voted for brown, and we wanted to give them/you a chance to get the U.P. in that color.

But once all those die-hard brown fans have gotten there chance, we'll go back to the simplicity of orange-only. In other words, if you want one you should get a move on, we don't want to see any tears when they're all gone.

Secondly, we list the wheels at 650b Ardennes but as some of you then found out, those don't actually exist. Except, they do, in a non-existent kind of way. They are not on the HED website, they are not something many HED retailers know about, but call them up and they'll gladly lace up a pair and send it to your shop. You'll definitely be the only one on your block with a set. Unless you live on my block of course.
